Toted as the world’s first guitar with robotic technology, Gibson’s innovative instrument is designed to do mostly one thing and do it well - it self tunes.  For years, musicians have had to make due with having to tune their guitars time and again during or after a gig. Well no more! The Gibson’s on board computer takes care of it all. Although, it may not be the first guitar to tune itself, the Gibson Robot Guitar is regarded as the most modern, unique, and un-invasive self-tuning model available on the market. There are a few models available that range between $1,000 - $3000, but the Blue Silverburst nitrocellulose finish used on the original model, as seen in the picture, is a color the company has stated it will never be used on another Gibson model again!
